DESIGNING

• We have access to a huge supply of loose gems direct from overseas dealers at very competitive rates.
• Specialising in one-off designs and pieces with over one thousand unique pieces in stock.
• Stock is constantly changing.
• We manufacture to your design or ours.
• Insurance claims.
• We can design a one-off piece of fine jewellery for you or we can work off your design or a combination of both.
• Specially designed pieces are not eligible for refunds.
• All gemstones are sourced from international dealers to get the best available in your price bracket. All gemstones specially ordered must be paid in full in advance.
• We welcome insurance claims but regret we are unable to offer discounts to insurance companies as our pricing does not cater for discounts.
• We have over 1000 pieces of unique fine jewellery; we try to avoid duplicating pieces so normally when a piece is sold we do not repeat this design.
• Prices range from a low A$150 - 200 upwards for fashion jewellery.

MANUFACTURING

• We manufacture in 9ct, 14ct and 18ct yellow gold
  14ct and 18ct white gold or platinum on request.
• We manufacture all types of jewellery from plain wedders to complex multi stone pieces.
• Time frame on new work ranges from 7 days to 60 days depending on availability of the appropriate gemstone.
• We work in your material or ours.

REPAIRS

• We undertake an extensive repair service with very competitive pricing.
• All repair work is guaranteed
